Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 to 2019, she served as the artistic director at Seoul Shakespeare Company. As the artistic director of SSC she also served as the composer/music supervisor for the company as well as a the company's text instructor. Although she usually led from within the actors' ensemble, during her final year she made her debut as a director (and lighting designer) with the SSC's King Lear. Post briefly attended Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. As a personal note Post had been married before with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross is her husband from 1982. The couple has two daughters. Post's career as an actress, wife and mother is an excellent example for Hollywood.
